1. DATA CONTROLLER
The SporkoLig application ("Application") is developed and operated by Cordelia Software. Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the data controller is Cordelia Software.

2. GENERAL TERMS
By using the SporkoLig application you accept the terms below. We recommend that you read these terms carefully before using the Application.
3. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE
SporkoLig is a mobile application that allows users to create sports leagues, manage matches and track statistics.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
- Keep your account secure
- Use the Application in compliance with applicable laws
- Respect the rights of other users
5. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA (KVKK)
Under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698:
a) Data Collected:
- First name, last name, e-mail address
- Profile photo (optional)
- Match statistics and performance data
- Device information and push notification token (for sending notifications)
b) Data Collected via Social Sign-In:
If you sign in with Google or Apple, only the following information is received from that platform:
- First and last name
- E-mail address
- Account identifier (user ID)
This information is used solely for account creation and authentication. Your Google or Apple password is never seen or stored by SporkoLig under any circumstances.
c) Purpose of Processing:
- Account creation and authentication
- Providing league and match management services
- Statistics and performance tracking
- Sending push notifications (match results, invitations, etc.)
d) Data Sharing:
- Your personal data is not shared with third parties (advertising, analytics, marketing, etc.)
- League members can only see information within the same league
- Cases of legal obligation are reserved
e) Data Retention Period:
- Your data is retained as long as your account is active
- Upon an account deletion request, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days
f) Your Rights under KVKK:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose
- To request correction or deletion of your data (via the in-app "Delete Account" feature)
- To object to a result arising against you from the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems

6. EXPLICIT CONSENT
By registering for the Application or signing in with your social media account, you declare that you accept these terms and give explicit consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes stated above.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Application and its content belong to SporkoLig. User content (statistics, league information) belongs to the user.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SporkoLig does not guarantee that the Application will operate without interruption. It is not liable for damages arising from temporary outages caused by technical failures or maintenance, or from data loss.
9. CHANGES
These terms may be updated without prior notice. The current version is always accessible within the Application. Significant changes will be announced through an in-app notification.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any disputes.
